(1) The third man in the party, which was made up of her and Mr O’Neill, Clarke and his fiancée, and Dave and Sharon. Dave was tending Clarke and trying to stop the flow of blood.
(2) This was in the transcript of Ram’s questioning by the police (which would have been edited).
(3) As are many others! The current writer once saw a youth appear in the dock (at Leeds Magistrates Court) on a charge of going equipped for burglary armed with a jemmy and a pair of socks! He pleaded guilty to the jemmy, and not guilty to the pair of socks.
