The manufactured controversy over the murder of Clarke Pearce and the warranted conviction of Satpal Ram for that murder has been a wonder to behold, no more so than on Wikipedia.
Over the years I have repeatedly entered the non-controversial information of Ram’s prison recall, only to see it deleted time and time again. Rather than write about this at length, I proffer the following files, which are all screengrabs created from the Satpal Ram page and the Talk: Satpal Ram page. At the time of writing – March 2018 – readers are still being given the impression there was something controversial about Ram’s conviction, and are not being told of his return to prison.
My apologies for the inconsistent way these PDF files have come out.
The alert reader may note that my last entry on the May 29, 2007 Talk: Satpal Ram page is dated May 30, 2007; this is because Wikipedia runs on American time, while I run on London time.
